We still need:

• People to help sort and hang coats TONIGHT (Thursday) from 6:00 - 8:00 pm in Adult Center
• People to sort coats and/or toys tomorrow (Friday) from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm in the Adult Center & ROC

We have a great supply of coats in many styles and sizes, but we NEED more men’s coats (all sizes).  Bring them to the Adult Center or ROC on Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, or you can bring with you the day of the giveaway.  Thanks!

For the giveaway on Saturday, we need a few more:

• Runners (help guests carry items between stations)
• Coat shoppers (help guests find coat sizes for their family)
• Clean up help around 1:00 pm!!

Other info for Saturday:

Outdoor greeters/Line up team along with breakfast workers need to arrive on Saturday by 6:30 am.  Line up team report to Ashley Hudson.  Breakfast team report to Sheila Brumbalow. 

ALL other volunteers need to be seated in the ROC ready for the final instructions at 7:30 am.  You can take your kids to childcare AFTER final instructions.

Please park on the Cox Creek parkway side or the Student Center side of our campus, to keep parking spaces and the front of the ROC open for our guests.

We will have sausage biscuits for our guests and all our volunteers.
