Office Assistant

Job Overview:

  • Process all monies: cash, checks, and online giving for the church
  • Pay all bills, invoices, and reimbursements
  • Organize and maintain financial records
  • Prepare weekly sermon slides
  • Prepare church-wide publications and communications
  • Handle church office technology
  • Create online sign-up forms, update and maintain website
  • Oversee office and technology budget spending
  • Other duties as needed

A qualified candidate must be:

  • Detail oriented
  • Organized
  • Experienced with general office duties and technology
  • Held to high level of trust and confidentiality
  • Comfortable learning new software
  • A team player
