Job Overview:
- Process all monies: cash, checks, and online giving for the church
- Pay all bills, invoices, and reimbursements
- Organize and maintain financial records
- Prepare weekly sermon slides
- Prepare church-wide publications and communications
- Handle church office technology
- Create online sign-up forms, update and maintain website
- Oversee office and technology budget spending
- Other duties as needed
A qualified candidate must be:
- Detail oriented
- Organized
- Experienced with general office duties and technology
- Held to high level of trust and confidentiality
- Comfortable learning new software
- A team player
